Some people seem to have problems with the sign up process which is ever so simple really. In order to verify the person submitting the email is the owner of the email address a confirmation email is sent to the address submitted.
When you receive this email you have to send it back with the authentication code in it.
The instructions say: "If you really want this action to be taken, please send the following commands (exactly as shown) back to...."

HITTING THE REPLY BUTTON AND SIMPLY SENDING THE MAIL WON'T WORK!!!

The instructions say EXACTLY as shown and all that follows is
